I received my Bachelor's in Psychology with an area of concentration in Counseling in 2014. I then proceeded to obtain my MS degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and have been a licensed therapist since 2020.  I have an extensive background in working in various mental health settings including partial hospitalization, outpatient, residential, and private practice. I have a passion for working with children and adolescents and have spent majority of my career helping them understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions. I also have experience with various cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds as well as the LGBTQ community.
