    Coronavirus Office Update 1/8/2021

    1/8/2021

We are working hard to keep our office a safe space for patients and staff. We’ve created a tab across the top of our website where we will update everyone with COVID-19 resources such as our enhanced office safety measures, proper face mask guidance, and free food/food bank resources for those in need. As society begins to open back up little by little, remember that we are here for you and your family. We are continuing to keep our Loveland and Batavia offices as well check locations only, and will continue separating well visits and ill visits at our Eastgate office. You may notice our waiting area has reduced seating, but don't worry, we'll be rooming you to an exam room immediately. This limited seating is to promote social distancing and aid our staff in their cleaning efforts.  We are requiring all family members and patients bring and wear their own masks in the offices.  All staff are wearing masks at all times, and temperatures are being taken at the start of every shift. All employees must have a temperature under 100.4 to be cleared to work.  We are diligently cleaning high touch surfaces and exam rooms after every patient visit.  The Ohio Department of Health and the American Academy of Pediatrics continues to recommend kids continue with their immunizations and well checkups in our office. Please don’t hesitate to call us if you have further questions or concerns.
